Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that's been on my mind lately. I know two powerful & successful women who help others with professional growth and offer similar services. What struck me is their vastly different approaches. One person is all about herself - it's always "me, me, me" & she constantly pushes her achievements. She is driven by money and success. The other person is the complete opposite. She is kind, generous, and always willing to help others, obviously with the motive of selling her services & growth for others; however, she has built her reputation on being down-to-earth and genuine. It got me thinking - what's the right way to be? Should we be focused on our success, or should we prioritize helping others? I'm honestly confused. My take aways 1. They not only understand and accommodate your work schedules - but they also give you tips to manage work & family life better. 2. They give you immense strength by sharing their challenges and experiences which makes you define clearer boundaries at work and home. 3. Your success for them is their success and kind of empowerment for the entire womanhood. 4. Emotional Intelligence and Support makes it better to keep a clear head at work.
