Oh my Goodness Gevase! This is the voice I know! The great Orator, the storyteller, inspirational messenger, keeping the listener in awe, wanting to become that which is he/she is hearing about. You not only took me back on this journey of Massy but I can identify with the awareness of self. Unless we find the "I am" within each of us and hold true to it, we might as well just forget about Purpose and Value. I am glad that you had an executive who held you to account for your truth. Your words are piercing and you have owned yourself in this interview. A true champion amongst leaders. Do it the with Purpose and Value consciously, and the profits will take care of itself. Not easy for the fearful because we are conditioned, we will buckle and shift back to old ways looking for some form of certainty, until the old way becomes the new way and the new consciousness. I am sure that the critical point of shift is now in the past and that there is now a greater common collective consciousness amongst the leadeship. I wish you and Massy all the continued successes!

Great story and leadership. I always said Happy Employees ( Employee Satisfaction ) leads to Happy Customers ( Customer Satisfaction ) that leads to better financial results. Giving back provides a lot to those receiving but hardly no one talks about the comrady, pride in brand and overal good feeling it creates to the staff that gives back . Again well done Gervase and wish you many more years of success.
