In our last post on #Coffee #Culture, we explored the vital role coffee shops play in fostering connections and community. Building on that, it's essential to highlight the importance of shared amenity spaces in modern office buildings. These spaces, often integrated into the flex space model, provide essential amenities like meeting and huddle rooms, quiet and wellness rooms, and access to training and board rooms. Yet, among these amenities, one stands out as particularly crucial: #coffee. These shared spaces aren't just about any coffee—they feature small batch, slow brewed, rich, premium coffee that melts in your mouth and makes the world a better place. (Erin Deason and Chris Puddy are our #coffee connoisseurs; ask them about some of the best spots around #Baltimore) Meanwhile, most landlords have (finally) recognized the value of offering such high-quality coffee as a key component of their flex-space offerings.
