There are times when how to handle certain issues at work starts from within. My recent podcast episode is called Making Sense of the Divide and Leading Yourself Through It. It emerged from many conversations about how to show up at "the table" when there is division. It could be the dinner table, the friend table, the Zoom room, or a board meeting. While politics is a big one, it applies to any issue that has a personal impact and makes it hard to be with opposing beliefs. The conversation deepens when we address how we mend the divide with ourselves first, which, in turn, helps us stay grounded and present when division occurs externally. The full episode is on Apple Podcasts. https://lnkd.in/g3vwtNFZ
