Let’s talk about Hybrid Work Setup 👔🏢🏡 Since its inception, this is my first time to experience a permanent flexible work schedule. Take note, our company is a conglomerate and it actually works for the employer and the employees. Imagine our team having to brave the Manila traffic only twice a week. I’m no longer experiencing Monday blues and Monday number coding because I work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays (and Thursdays). It kind of feels like a long weekend too! 🥳 If you ask about Productivity, everyone is working effectively. There’s little to no back logs because everyone’s practicing Integrity even at home. That’s one distinct Lopez value, by the way. I never encountered so much compliance in my life.
