The Tennessee Unemployment Rate for November 2023=3.5% Knox County is at 2.9%.....2.9%!!!!! Tennessee's current rate is equal to the 2018 and 2019 rates before COVID hit. It may help the Accountant in Bankruptcy and Scottish Government Minister Tom Arthur if they were to allow some progressive amendments to the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill. It may avoid the inevitable disappointment that will accompany the Mental Health Moratorium. Some suggestions: 👉 Reduce payment period in Bankruptcy back to 3 years and bring back in line with UK 👉 Follow UK Govt lead and increase protection of cars up to value of £4k 👉 Follow UK Govt lead and increase amount of debt that can be included in Minimum Asset Bankruptcy to £50k 👉 Allow people to use Map Bankruptcy again after 5 years 👉 Increase the level of protection for earnings in wage arrestments to £1,000 👉 Allow creditors to vary and reduce the amount they are taking in a wage arrestment like the UK Govt allows the DWP to do in UK style wage arrestments.

Inspector General of police resigns ✔️ Congratulations to Kenyans who've piled pressure for these things to happen. But the work's not done. We still need to: 1. Press for reconstitution of parliament leadership (if not dissolving it) 2. Give teeth to the EACC to prosecute economic criminals 3. Give teeth to IPOA to investigate and prosecute crimes by police officers 4. Cut down on ministries and salaries for top civil servants. 5. Gear towards a referendum to - among other things - reduce counties, remove unnecessary positions like nominated legislators etc. Let's keep on checking government to have a better nation.
