Piping hot take: there’s no such thing as “bad” times. Hear me out… As humans, when something beyond our control happens to us, we tend to sort it into two buckets: good and bad. This triggers our emotional reaction. The reality is that there is no good and bad there’s only dark and light, and they need each other to exist. It’s a delicate balance and why accepting what is, is so important. When we except things that happened to us exactly as they are not sorting them into good and bad, then we can approach them with clarity, curiosity and can spot the opportunity for a miracle within each circumstance . The better we get at this the easier it is to see the light within the dark times. The light cannot exist without the dark. It’s like I say “that there are no bad times, only tough times.” In fact, you can probably think back to a time or something bad happened, but it turned out to be better for you in the long run . Regardless of the outcome, tough times, create strength, resilience growth, and building back better. Yes, there have been some truly grotesque acts in human history. But the same acts have sparked even larger and wider, global movements of love and unity and progress that humanity has ever seen. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction . Accepting things you cannot control exactly as they are, instead of resisting, is freedom from yourself. #personalgrowth

Restlessness persists as long as your peace is dependent on others. How can we remain unaffected by the actions of those around us, especially loved ones? It's natural for people's behavior to impact us, but our response is within our control. There are two common ways to deal with such situations: 1. **Acceptance and Action:** Embrace the situation and people's behavior, then devise a plan of action. Address the issues causing pain and work towards personal growth. Use the experience as a catalyst for positive change, instill values, and shield yourself from negativity. 2. **Frustration and Overwhelm:** Allowing situations and people's actions to overpower and consume you leads to a cycle of self-doubt and negativity. Replaying events in your mind, questioning your worth, and dwelling on disrespect only deepens the turmoil. This reaction hinders clarity of thought and understanding, dragging you into darkness. You have the choice between these reactions. Opt for the one that promotes peace and clarity while steering you away from confusion and unrest.
