📣 An Ivy League undergraduate or graduate degree alone won't give you a significant advantage early in your career. What I have personally seen make a tangible difference is the pursuit of HIGH-QUALITY summer internships during your undergraduate and graduate years. These are experiences that years down the road will continue to accelerate your career growth, the added benefit of internship ops is the low level of commitment required from the intern and the employer, but the outsized impact it has down the road cannot be overstated. If I could get on a megaphone on a college campus that what I would be preaching!! These experiences are crucial to your early career success, not just a diploma from a prestigious institution. #ONWARD
