🍷Is a universal glass suitable for all beer styles a myth? Numerous attempts have been made in the past to create the perfect glass. While perfection may not exist, the pursuit of it certainly does. A collaboration between the Brussels Beer Challenge and the Belgian Tradyglass has resulted in the Brussels Beer Challenge tasting glass, a solution for sampling various beer styles. We started with the following basic rules: 1️⃣Simplicity is not easy to maintain. Therefore, the glass should be modest/simple yet elegant in design. 2️⃣The glass must be strikingly discreet. The true art is not the glass, but what is inside it. 3️⃣The glass should display the art that flows into it in the most beautiful way. This means a glass that respects the color, allows the aroma to blossom, and offers a discreet 'Touch' when drinking the noble liquid so fine it seems as if the glass isn't there. 4️⃣Durability is very important to us. The glass must also be sturdy and able to withstand multiple washes perfectly. 🔝The result is an elegant and strong glass that brings out the best in all beer styles. The aromas and flavors of the beer are exceptionally well-preserved due to the shape of the glass. 🌲🌿 🍋 🍯The aromas are retained, and the influence of the environment is minimized by a small bend at the top of the glass. 👃The curvature at the bottom of the glass ensures that the aromas are released when swirling. 👄The thin rim guarantees a subtle sensation on the lips, a silky caress to the lips is part of the experience. 🙌The elegant stem is comfortable in the hand and prevents warming of the noble drink. It's always painful when the person who cooked says first, "Tasty, isn't it?" But we are proud of our creation 💪 We provide your beers with the best conditions of assessments 👍 🖥️ Entries are open on our website until October 7th (early bird rate until August 15th). Check it out! 👀 #craftbeer #beer #Brussels #Belgium #goldmedal #brusselsbeerchallenge #silvermedal #bronzemedal #beercompetition #bestbeer

The Art of Handmade Iranian Noodles: A Tradition from Shamsabad, Khalkhal! - Join me in exploring the beautiful process of making traditional Iranian noodles, showcased by my dear friend Marziyeh Ghodsi and her family in Shamsabad Village, East Azerbaijan. Her page is a treasure trove of authentic experiences that highlight the true essence of village life and farming. I encourage you to follow Marziyeh and support her incredible work; it’s pure gold! Making Traditional Iranian Noodles 1. Dough Preparation: • The process starts with a simple dough made from flour (usually wheat) and water, sometimes with added salt. The dough is kneaded until smooth and elastic. 2. Shaping the Noodles: • The rested dough is rolled out into thin sheets and cut into long, thin strips, resembling fettuccine or vermicelli. 3. Drying: • The freshly cut noodles are hung on ropes or laid flat outside under the sun to dry. This natural drying process enhances flavor and preserves the noodles. 4. Toasting: • Once dried, the noodles are lightly toasted over an open flame, adding a smoky flavor and slight crispness. This can be done in a traditional clay oven or over a charcoal grill. 5. Cooking and Serving: • Toasted noodles can be used in dishes like Ash-e Reshteh or served with stews and pilafs. Their unique flavor enhances the overall taste of the dishes. Cultural Significance • Making these noodles is often a communal activity, reflecting the importance of family and tradition in Iranian cuisine. They symbolize nourishment and hospitality, frequently served during special occasions. This traditional method highlights the artisanal approach to cooking in Iranian culture, emphasizing quality ingredients and the joy of sharing food. #tradition #farmlife #villagelife #respect #hardwork #hosspitality #noodles

Entertaining Tips with Our Owner/CEO Corinne. How to Best Serve Champagne 🥂 Serving champagne is an art, and with Corinne’s expert entertaining tips, your next gathering will sparkle with sophistication: 1️⃣ Chill to Perfection: Champagne is best enjoyed when served between 8-10°C (46-50°F). Place the bottle in an ice bucket filled with equal parts ice and water for about 20 minutes before serving. 2️⃣ Choose the Right Glassware: Opt for flutes or tulip glasses to preserve the bubbles and enhance the aroma. Avoid wide, shallow glasses like coupes, as they allow the bubbles to dissipate too quickly. 3️⃣ The Perfect Pour: Hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle and pour gently to prevent excess foaming. Start with a small pour, let the bubbles settle, and then top off each glass. 4️⃣ Add a Personal Touch: Elevate your presentation with elegant garnishes like a raspberry, a twist of citrus, or even edible gold flakes. 5️⃣ Pair Like a Pro: Complement your champagne with light bites such as fresh strawberries for an unforgettable taste experience. #EntertainingTips #ChampagneServing #PartyPlanning

Let's talk about #champagne glass – flute! ⚫ The champagne #flute (French: flûte à champagne) is a stem glass with either a tall tapered conical shape or elongated slender bowl. ⚫ The #rim - This is the point where the wine makes contact with the drinker’s mouth. ⚫ The #chimney - Some glasses have a tapered, narrow section just before the rim. ⚫ The #bowl - This is the most important part of the glass, where the wine settles. ⚫ The #epicure - Some glasses have an epicure, which is an indentation at the base of the bowl to show the true color of the wine to elevate your wine experience to the fullest. ⚫ The #stem - Gives the glass height as well as provides something to hold. ⚫ The #base - Also known as the foot, is perfectly flat giving the glass stability.
