A Half kneeling End Range external rotation lift is one my go to exercise for super sets between the main lifts This helps a Baseball pitcher to develop Strength and the end range before the go for ball release. This is how I would include this exercise on a lower body lifting day for a baseball pitcher: A1: Front Squats A2: Half kneeling End range External rotation lift off. Coupling a big bang power or strength exercise with an Arm care drill is how I would go about things when it comes to dealing with a baseball population. #pitchertraining#strengthandconditioning#armcare
