Formula 1 - anyone else tired of how the stewards and FIA are managing? Getting close to being done w the sport. Who allows Flavio back into the sport - the guy who caused the biggest black mark on the sport welcomed with a glowing review and no mention of his past. Disgusting season ender 2020 - still not over how that was handled - FIA promised to overhaul the stewarding - reality is a joke Monaco 2024 - MAG should have penalty points for destroying 3 cars in one of the stupidest passing attempts I ever saw. That penalty should resulted in his race ban - nope - why don’t we skip even investigating , nothing to see here. Spain this weekend - 2 very clear road rage incidents w 2 drivers using their cars as weapons. Reprimand - should have been grid place drops. Ferrari burning extra oil in their engine to boost power and win races. Let’s resolve that with a closed door agreement - never mind we fined McLaren $100M when we caught them cheating and made it VERY public. I love F1 but getting real close to walking away because the application of the rules is a joke. Why watch when the rules of the sport have no meaning?

If anyone asked me which Formula 1 racing event is my favorite, I would vote of the Monaco GP. Monaco GP is quite special for fans. Compared to other races, it carries Industrial, market, cultural and historical significance. The Monte Carlo track has seen some of the biggest wins in history. Graham Hill won five times here which was topped by Aryton Senna, who won six GPs in Monaco! Our favorite Scuderia Ferrari driver, Charles Leclerc recently won his home race. The other driver who won in Monaco apart from Charles is Louis Chiron in 1931. This race is one of a kind also because drivers find it difficult to overtake each other. It's almost impossible. So the pole sitter from the qualifying has a good chance of winning the race! Monaco GP is also one of the most star studded race after Miami, Las Vegas and Austin! Both F1 and the local economy share profits, especially from Monaco's tourism industry. But F1 is planning on removing the race from the calendar. Some drivers are welcoming this decision too! If you want to know why Monaco GP shouldn't be scrapped from the F1 calendar, read this article! I have attached the link to the article in the comments section. Hopefully my word reaches the F1 CEO! #F1 #Formula1 #FormulaOne #Ferrari #MonacoGP #MiamiGP #LasVegasGP #AustinGP

I know us Formula 1 fans are all up in our feelings after Sunday's #AustrianGP, but can we please keep a cool head and stop it with the sensationalizing and (mainly online) hating on Max/Lando (depending on your affiliation) already? The first fifty laps of the race at the Red Bull Ring were kind of a snooze fest, but boy did the last twenty laps deliver. Max and Lando gave us fire! I don't necessarily like drivers taking each other out (anyone else reminded of Austria 2016 when Rosberg and Hamilton collided in the exact same spot, allowing Max to sneak in for a podium like George Russell did this time?), but this kind of action bodes well for the rest of the season. We asked for close racing, we got close racing! So let's all chill out and not immediately start accusing Max of 'going back to his old ways' and Lando of 'being arrogant ever since he won in Miami' (not my words, all courtesy of the lovely F1 'fans' on social media a.k.a. the internet's toilet). Lando is currently 81 points behind Max in the Driver Standings. This means we could have an actual battle for the championship on our hands. It will require both drivers, as well as their teams, to bring their absolute A-game every single week. To continue delivering peak performance, Max and Lando will have to 💡 be smart about managing risk and reward to decide when and how to attack 💡 regulate their emotions, and not let the heat of the battle knock them off balance 💡 maintain an internal locus of control, to help them focus on controlling the controllables and not worry about anything else Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology and McLaren Racing will have to 💡 create/maintain a safe space for people to fail, because that will make them less likely to 💡 be transparent in communication, and crystal clear about roles and responsibilities, while refraining from micromanaging, to stimulate ownership 💡 learn from mistakes and celebrate success to keep the dopamine flowing We're talking about ultimate high performers on ultimate high performing teams so I'm sure this is all second nature to them. But we have to keep in mind: it's very easy to regulate your emotions and maintain a safe space when you're winning. When the pressure is on is when these things are both most important 𝙖𝙣𝙙 most difficult. We're only a few races into this battle so it remains to be seen how intense the fight will be. But I was yelling at my TV again on Sunday, something I haven't done since Abu Dhabi 2021. I'm ready for the action at one of my favorite circuits on the calendar. Bring on Silverstone! #HighPerformance #F1 https://lnkd.in/eP_ESbjt

Only three (3) Racing Point Formula 1 partners, 2020, are left in the Aston Martin Formula 1 partnership network 2024. What happens in the partnership network of a Formula 1 team when a works/manufacturer team takes over? The Racing Point F1 team became Aston Martin in 2021, after Lawrence Stroll agreed a £182 million deal to buy into Aston Martin. In the picture we see the Racing Point partnership network 2020 and the three partners left on the Aston Martin 2024 partnership network. Left are: 👉 Pirelli is as a F1 tire supplier still with Aston Martin 👉 Canadian Bombardier has been with fellow Canadian since Stroll invested in Formula 1 👉 JCB, the UK manufacturer of construction equipment, is also still with Aston Martin. Sergio Perez moved to Red Bull and American Movil, Telcel, Claro and Infinitum, the Slim family companies, followed to RedBull Racing 2021. If we look at the Racing Point network 2020 we find companies still in Formula 1, but not with Aston Martin. #astonmartin hashtag #formula1
