We hired a Sr VP AI for a Global organization, which is around 1.2 billion, 3 years ago. And today, he is a CTO. It also shows a career path that one can take. Another Product Manager we hired for Simulation products is the Chief Data Officer. When hiring, companies have to look for technology acumen (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, computer vision, machine vision, RWE for healthcare, GenAI, etc) and also skills around Stakeholder alignment, Change Management, and the ability to create a long-term strategy around AI.
