Great reminder on the importance of playing a positive role in the driver experience! Each time I've done a driver ride along (LTL and Ground Expedite) I have a greater appreciation for the work being done and how we can drive a more productive experience. "Shipper of choice" is the "driver's choice"...
Drivers are a key component to solid relationships with customers
Looking forward to this conversation!

Helping companies digitally benchmark, procure, and actively manage their transportation network
3moAndrew Silver - love the network of networks. I always envisioned this coming to fruition through a joint-venture, whereby companies offload and consolidate their transportation operations under one umbrella / operating company. What's missing, a trusted third-party that can create a single operating model that is empowered by these entities to make decisions to maximize the benefit. Perhaps, a company / consultancy that could digitize a shipper's network (digital twin), could take it a step further. Merging multiple digital networks, to identify the most effective matches while considering the operating requirements / constraints of each.
