IAPFS is pleased to announce the April webinar. Topic: Nomenclature: ARFID And PFD Presented by: William Sharp, PhD and Praveen Goday, MD Abstract: Criteria for ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and PFD (pediatric feeding disorder) overlap, but they are not the same. ARFID is a psychological diagnosis whereas PFD is a medical diagnosis. Individual practitioners may use the terms differently. The criteria for ARFID has changed over time. All of this lends to complexity in patient care and clinical research. There are also billing implications. Learner Outcomes: – Contrast ARFID and PFD criteria. – Apply ARFID and PFD criteria to patient diagnosis. – Explain ARFID and PFD criteria to design treatment plans. IAPFS is excited to be able to share that CEUs and CME’s will be available for this webinar! What can (or what will) predictive analytics do for healthcare? I believe that for us to move forward in preventative medicine, we need to first embrace predictive analytics further. Looking forward to seeing how SenSights.AI™ will contribute to this transformation. What are your thoughts on the application of predictive analytics on healthcare?
At SenSights, we seek to improve health outcomes for seniors living with chronic disease. We provide solutions at the intersection between AI and human centric patient care. As we look at Ai in Healthcare, please challenge our thinking on how these technologies and use cases can enhance patient engagement, reduce clinical effort towards improving system capacity and access, and allow providers to make timely and proactive decisions to reduce expensive downstream treatment pathways. https://bit.ly/3Ij862s Douglas Slakey, MD,MPH Nauman Jaffar James Levy Jessica Ackerman MS,CCC-SLP Michael Rhiness Abby T.
