Happy New Year to All! 🤩😍💫🌎☀️ Great to be back first day at work in 2025 and see most of my team in the office and extremely stoked about the opportunities ahead of us. 2024 was another remarkable year with: -355 MNOK in Net Cash from Investment Acitivites at the end Of Q324 -290 MNOK in Net Profit Year-to-Date at the end of Q324 -4 NOK Per Share in Special Dividend in Q3 -Returned above 1 BN NOK in Cash since 2018 including the Hermana Holding ASA spin-off Together with our Executive Chairman Torstein Sanness I have led this organization for the last six years. First of all I would like to say time flies when you are having fun. What a ride it has been for our team and our dear shareholders. I would like to reach out and than all stakeholders who motivate our team and me everyday. We wake up every morning ready to compete for new land, new permits, new grid connection agreements and new clients. Our motto is "the next one is the best one". 🤓 What makes us able to compete are the following feat: 1) Smart 🤓 2) Energtic ☄️🔥 3) High Integrity 🤓 team members in both Magnora and our portfolio companies. We never compromise on integrity. We experience that the winning teams lead each others and challenge each others by example- "self-policing". We don't waste our time playing "cops and robbers" with questionable people. We are able to do some tasks quicker with the use of Artifical Intelligence in various forms. This makes some tasks easier. But this doesn't stop our top performing team members from putting in many hours everyday. At the right moments our top performing team members put in A LOT of hours. 🏋🏾♀️🥊 We still believe in an Electric Future for various reasons. 1) CO2 neutrality, 2) Shut down of Nuclear and Coal, 3) Growth of AI. The electrification of the world is happening at a record pace with over 600 GW of new solar installed in 2023. 🌟☀️🔥The market for solar cells alone has surpassed the oil and gas industry as well is the smart phone market. We believe there is another two decades of growth for the renewable industry due to the fact that solar cells and wind turbines provide the world with the lowest cost per KWh produced energy in many many places around the world! The cold-chain industry challenges its energy supply. We had a great time at Cold Chain Hub by TCS&D event at the NEC - National Exhibition Centre last week. It was great to hear about the Cold Chain Federation focus on decarbonisation and the progress the sector is making to achieve the industry target of a 20% cut in emissions by 2030, not only for direct emissions but also down the supply chain. The cold chain is becoming more sustainable while still expanding operations and global footprint. Thanks to everyone for the conversation and sharing valuable insights with @Meghan McIntyre.  It was also great to attend a panel on #WomenInColdChain where we heard about the progress being made in the industry to nurture and develop female talent.
