In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, digital surveillance is transforming how deadly disease outbreaks - like cholera, mpox and malaria - along with endemic diseases like HIV and tuberculosis - are tracked and contained. With support from The Global Fund partnership, nearly half of the country’s health districts now share disease data digitally - enabling early detection, faster responses and more lives saved. Current plans are to digitize the entire country in the next 6 years. From mobile reporting to early alert monitoring, digitizing disease surveillance helps stop epidemics before they spread. https://lnkd.in/e7ACY_h6
