Executive Coaching, Strategic Advisor - Actor, Director and Producer. Art is the highest form of human expression.
Most people relate to the subject of structure like it is things in a certain order, or sorting everything in to different boxes. Boxes has nothing to do with it. Structure gives rise to patterns and behavior not the other way around. When we have ice on the sidewalk here in Sweden everyone change their behavior, they walk slower and spread their legs to keep their balance. It doesn’t matter if they think in a particular way at this moment, everyone do the same thing. The underlying structure gives rise to this particular behavior. Whiteout ice different behavior. Structure is dimensional not linear. Instead of 1, 2, 3, 4………….it’s 2, 9, 74, 11, 3………….. If you’re in a lousy structure it doesn’t matter how hard you work. You will never end up where you want to be. On the other hand, if you build a structure that supports you aspirations the prediction is that you will get what you want. If you become good at skating you take advantage of the underlying structure. Living Art Sweden https://lnkd.in/dp7wPPPh

🌊 As marine biologists, different types of research we can pursue. 🐠 Some involve lots of field 🏞️ and lab 🧪 work, while others can be done with just a table 📚 and books. Last summer, my dear husband Nikola Balic and I took on the exciting task of analyzing over 50 elementary school textbooks to find ocean literacy topics. 📖🔬 It all started of curiosity as I was preparing a program for an elementary school workshop. I wanted to see which ocean-related topics were not getting enough attention in official education. But as we went along, we decided to analyze all the textbooks, and now we have a Q1 paper published! 🥳📝 This research has led to new research ideas and we are working on more publications. So, stay tuned for updates! 🚀🔍📚
Normal couples don't do this. Spent the summer reading kids' school books. But, this was a fun project that I enjoyed working on with my lovely wife, Daria. 👩❤️👨 Another Q1 paper. 😱 The issue addressed is significant: children need to be educated more about the ocean and its importance. Daria took on the challenging tasks of conceptualizing the project, compiling all the necessary materials, and writing the paper. Meanwhile, my contributions were in assisting with reading and coding, brainstorming, analyzing the data, and finally refining the manuscript.
