Friends - you've heard me talk before about adversity and how it can be a very valuable life experience. Navigating through challenging times is almost certain to help us grow stronger. People who wrong us or are less than fair are part of this growth process. We must learn from these experiences and be certain to not allow them to repeat themselves. The next time you go through a tough time, instead of asking, " Why is this happening to me? " instead ask, " What is this TEACHING ME?" It's a far more productive way to process things. #myattitudeisgratitude #serialoptimist #iaddvalue #lifelessons #letsgettowork #maximumrevenuerecovery #maximumcustomerretention #copyrightedcollectionsprogram #RMI

Reflecting on our journeys, it's humbling to see how far we've come. The left side of this image shows a pixelated version of a classic character, symbolizing humble beginnings and initial dreams. On the right is the same character, rendered in full detail, representing growth and the result of perseverance. In our careers, as in life, we all start with a 'pixelated version' of ourselves — full of potential but just beginning to take shape. Over time, with dedication and learning, our skills and contributions to the world become as vivid and impactful as the high-resolution figure depicted here.Let's take a moment to appreciate our growth and remember that every expert was once a beginner. No matter where you are in your journey, keep moving forward and never forget your starting point. It's not just about celebrating successes but also about honoring the process that got us here. #CareerGrowth #Motivation #NeverForgetYourRoots #Persistence #TransformationTuesday #Inspiration #Journey #SuccessStory

If we’re not consistent in presenting who we are, it can mean some parts of us are denied, rejected, ignored, forgotten, hidden, or even unknown if we haven’t done the inner work or self-discovery. Do a self-inventory - ✅ What’s consistent in both personal and professional life? ❎ What’s inconsistent in your personal and professional life? Posting Every Day is Such a Task! It’s been 17 days since I committed to posting every day, and if you’re seeing this one on October 18th, then you know I’m just barely hanging on, haha. Consistency is tough, especially when inspiration is nowhere to be found. Some days, it’s like a mellow breeze—I’m in the zone, vibing, and even writing posts for the days ahead! But there are times when I think, think, and think—yet nothing comes. And if anything does, it’s just not good enough. So, I just end up sitting there — frustrated, staring at a blank screen, with nowhere to go. But ironically, this series is about #ShowingUp, so quitting isn’t an option. I'd rather post this late and do my best to catch up. This series is a constant reminder that showing up isn’t about doing things perfectly—it’s about being present and continuing the process. This feels like progress to me. How do you stay consistent, when you’re running low on ideas or motivation? #Day17of31 #ShowingUp #ToSuccess #CreativeJourney #DesignLife #Consistency #Progress #CreativeProcess #Vulnerability #Growth #KeepGoing #CreativeMindset #PersonalGrowth

Great insights on the importance of identifying gaps in our knowledge by @Becki Saltzman! I completely agree that the hardest gaps to find often hide in what we think we know best and what we care least about. These gaps can be surprising and sometimes even uncomfortable to uncover, but they are crucial for personal and professional growth. One thought I'd like to add is the importance of surrounding yourself with the right team. Having a diverse group of individuals with varied expertise can help cover those knowledge gaps. A strong team not only supports you in areas where you might lack knowledge but also brings new perspectives that can lead to better decision-making and innovation. By collaborating with others and leveraging their strengths, we can achieve a clearer, sharper, and more interesting view of our goals and challenges. Embrace the process of finding these gaps and build teams that complement your skills for more informed and effective decisions! #KnowledgeGaps #Teamwork #Collaboration #ContinuousImprovement

Look for gaps in your knowledge. The hardest gaps to find are the ones that hide in what you think you know best. Finding them sometimes stings. Look for them anyway. The second hardest gaps to find are the ones that hide in what you think you care least about. Finding them might surprise you. Finding them might make you happy. But maybe not. Look for them anyway. Think of finding gaps in your knowledge like realizing you had been wearing someone someone else's glass; everything suddenly get clearer, sharper, and more interesting. You'll probably love what finding these gaps does to the quality of your decisions. #weekendfun #decisionmaking #criticalthinking #getcurious #infogaps
