And then, from there, what differentiates VIPs from the "long tail" who purchase once or twice? Can you get more than just an order out of them? Reviews, referrals, feedback, UGC, social tags, campaign or product partnerships? Think differently about your tribe. They're your biggest fans. They can be part of your marketing team. 🎉

So your public facing company merch isn't selling and you are scratching your head as to why. Here are 3 hard truths to consider: -Lack of an audience connection Not everyone can be Liquid Death. Your brand and merch might not resonate with your target audience. Maybe your customers love you but don't want to wear your copy repair shop merch (or whatever company) and thats ok. -Poor product quality You have to put products in your store that people WANT to buy. Good quality, wanted and usable items. Don't just go for the lowest cost option every time. -Innefective distro + promotion If you aren't pushing your merch through social media, events, front and center on your site - why bother having it public facing?
