It was great lol Fasting is a beneficial tool you can use to your advantage if you wanna lose weight rapidly, tone up for whatever thing you got going on, boost your energy and do a full reset to your body. Being a chef, you might say this is contradictory. But lots of my clients have done 72 hour fasts and there are ways around it in the kitchen if you have the right strategy. It perfectly describes how we must view the art of cooking. We must be bold, and experiment with things that we may not like. Ultimately we find ourselves through the art and determining what makes us proud. I feel not very many outside of our industry ever really take the time to truly understand what they like or why they like it. Many people just eat because it’s necessary but I say eat to enjoy it. Food is a lovely thing and it can bring you so much enjoyment. It ties people together and helps create memories. I always try and eat each meal finding a way to be satisfied with it. Good meals can make someone’s day.
