Today, we welcomed Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government, Jayne Bryant MS, to our 106-home development in Canton. The Lansdowne Road project is one of Cardiff’s largest social housing urban regeneration schemes, transforming a brownfield site into a vibrant, sustainable community with low-carbon, affordable homes for Cardiff residents. We're excited to offer customers energy-efficient homes with features like air source heat pumps, sustainable drainage and landscaping, and easy access to community facilities. This development empowers residents to save money on their energy bills, live more sustainably, and connect with their neighbours. We're grateful to collaborate with our partners at Lovell Partnerships, Cardiff Council, and the Welsh Government on this exciting project.
