ICONIC CHICAGO STEAKHOUSE WITH AN ITALIAN FLAIR IN NEED OF A CHEF DE CUISINE This is a "nuts and bolts" position for someone who can set up and organize a kitchen with systems and controls to increase efficiency and organization. There will be a considerable amount of controlling P&L, inventory, purchasing and such. Once the BOH is running smoothly input on menu will welcomed. We are looking at expansion of the brand.
