I started my career as a software engineer after rediscovering my passion. Diving deep into the world of code. Every line of code I wrote, every bug I fixed, made me realize something important: ➡️ I found meaning in solving problems. This drive led me to seek new experiences, pushing boundaries and exploring new horizons. ✅️ One day, an idea struck: Why not create something of my own? Turning concepts into products, making sure they flourish rather than fade away due to inaction. Something that solves real world problems and makes a difference. That’s when Volttech Systems was born. 1. A company that I co-founded and has a positive growth culture. 2. A company where we're dedicated to offering innovative solutions. 3. Our team is imbedded deep in web and app development along with custom software development. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Solve people's problems and help them develop their business. Today, I’m proud and happy to say I’m doing something I truly love. My passion for helping others develop their products and business, keeps me & the team motivated every single day. PS. The best solutions often come from the most unexpected places. Explore more 😊 _______ Follow Maaz Nadeem 🔔 to read my everyday posts on web & software space and how we navigate it's challenges.

With colleagues from RTK IT, as part of team building, we took part in the company’s internal hackathon. It was very valuable to temporarily take on tasks of a completely different profile: we predicted the interest of users in purchasing B2B products, and also offered a convenient architecture and UI. The difficulty was that the data was raw and scattered, but in the end we were able to make predictions, even if almost nothing was known about the user. It’s great that we were able to work with: · classic regression algorithms; · feature generation; · accelerated product piloting. As a bonus, we won 50,000 rubles each for external training, I have already decided to improve ML Ops at Karpov.courses!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗘𝗢'𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿? The short answer is: Help your organization create and show value. Hackweek at Epidemic Sound is a beautiful week of innovation finished by outcome reporting through a demo and a poster vernissage at the office. The whole company was invited this year, and our Management team acted as key stakeholders in evaluating the results, and let us just say they were FLOORED with the quality of ideas, creativity and results created during just one week. Our CEO even admitted to Hackweek being his favorite week of the year, and our preliminary survey results say that participants feel the same way. Also - more than 30 out of 50 projects are 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 being investigated for next steps to take the MVP to life. 𝗦𝗼 - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻; 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹? I like to think of it as creating boxes people can think outside of; create a structure that allows your teams to innovate. We do this by communicating clear rules and leaving lots of responsibility to our participants in choosing their project. No one validates ideas going into Hackweek, but we still expect there to be valuable outcome. We believe that our employees know what that is, and the results confirm that they do. Curious on how we do it in practice? Feel free to reach out!
