Yesterday, we at my company RMG MILEAGE LLP sat down at an #EventVenue and made exhaustive checklists (please click on the link below and see our team writing lists) for all our upcoming #CorporateEvents Once we did that, we : 📝sequenced those lists as per our deadlines and timelines 📋handed them out to the #Eventstrategy teams and got them to fill them up 📌 Pinpinned them up back at office on the #MeetingPlanning boards Here are 3 good reasons why that actually worked: Suddenly, we had clear #roadmaps before us Everyone knew who they were to #telecall and when Chaos ceased, and clarity began! The best part? We didn’t have to bug our clients any longer with several #EventConsulting calls and emails asking them questions about their events. We simply referred to our lists and worked almost in auto mode. PS : Putting in the #process simplifies even the most complex of events. But you need to know what to do to be able to do it.
