We take a trauma-Informed approach to mental health care—A trauma-informed perspective acknowledges an individual’s mental health needs are influenced by their history of trauma. Today is “Bell Let’s Talk” Day which highlights Canadian mental health organizations and encourages everyone to take meaningful action to create real change for mental health - which starts by talking about it. We at Cooligan Yehia LLP understand the importance of mental health resources for our clients. Separation and death are emotionally challenging unexpected life events that can lead to intense feelings of grief, sadness, and anger. When coupled with conflict, concern for one’s future, the future of others including children, and the daunting court process, the impact can be debilitating. Mental health resources are critical to supporting our clients through these incredibly trying times. Donate, volunteer, raise awareness, get educated and help educate. We all benefit. #BellLetsTalk

Today is World Mental Health Day 🌍 a day when we prioritise mental well-being. Let's break down stigmas and say it loud: Mental Health Matters! 🧠 This day is all about understanding that it's okay to ask for help. The theme this year says it best: "Mental health is a universal human right." While we're tech-focused here at Pocketworks, we also stand for mental well-being for everyone. That's why we champion organisations like Mental Health Foundation, who work tirelessly to address mental health disparities. If you want to contribute to creating a mentally healthier society for all, consider donating to MHF through the link in the first comment 🫶 #MentalHealthDay #MentalHealthFoundation #YourSupportMatters
