#College is almost over, and the 2024 batch is ready to transform their lives into the #corporate world. Here are a few things, in my opinion, that you should keep in mind: 1. Your work senior is there to give you their workload, not to teach you. Exceptions do exist, so treat seniors with respect but not necessarily as friends. 2. It doesn't matter how hard you work; your skill in showing that you are working hard is more important. "Jo dikhta hai, vahi bikhta hai" (What is visible, sells). 3. Your female senior is not your crush, bro. If you get closer to her, be prepared to take on her workload. 4. Learn to say "NO." If you take on extra work once, be ready to be asked to do it again and again. There are many more things to learn, but some lessons are meant to be experienced. So, welcome to the corporate world! I got 56% in 12th. I believe that literacy and education are two different coins altogether. A person who can read, write, and sign his name can be called literate. However, an educated person is someone who is curious, adaptable, and can learn from different sources. We cannot underestimate the importance of formal education. But are books the only source for gaining knowledge? The smartest people aren't necessarily the most literate. Take the example of: - Azim Premji, the founder of WIPRO, dropped out of college. - Dhirubhai Ambani, who started Reliance Industries from scratch, gave up on education. - Kapil Dev, one of the best sportsmen, gave up studies between schooling. Your 12th grade results matter, but the results of your life matter the most. So, if you have an educational qualification, it is a bonus, but that does not guarantee your success in life. What I have achieved in my life was the result of studying the market and learning valuable skills that helped in creating the path for me. Even if you're average in your studies now, don't give up on your dreams. Keep pushing, and success will find you. #literacy #education #skills
