The same type as someone who expects an entry-level marketer to be an expert in SEO, PPC, B2B, B2C, Social Media, Email, Influencer marketing, Copywriting, and probably even standing backflips just because they have a marketing degree.

Fun fact - More than half of marketers (53.8%) say they have not studied a marketing-related academic or professional qualification of any kind. (Marketing Week’s 2019 Career and Salary Survey). I'm not saying you can't be a fantastic marketer without a degree, but it's not surprising why so many Marketing companies struggle with evidence-based marketing.

We love when everyone has ideas to help us grow! As long as they are trending or relevant 👀🤣

I once learnt biology once, should I start giving advice how to operate? I better not to. Super smart people will know it better than me. The field of marketing is constantly evolving, and staying ahead requires continuous learning and adaptation. As a marketeer I always learn and practice the trendy MarTech solutions and AI tools. When you get these advice, just smile, and do what you have to do for success. ;)
