In life and at work so much is determined by "how you show up". The attitude you "show up" with, can determine how well a critical conversation goes. "Showing up" with the right amount of prep work before a race, can often determine if you will win. How you "show up" everyday at work can determine your future promotion. "Showing up" physically, mentally and emotionally prepared is the key to being the best version of you no matter the situation. Be present and be "HERE NOW"! #mindset #trades #dothework #leadership #grit #optimism #here #now

Here now, if you're going to make it in life, you've got to be here now. If you're going to make it in the trades, you're going to make it in this industry. You got to be here now. What is here now mean it means that you got to be 15 minutes early to be on time. Being here now means you've got to show up with your PPE. Being here now means you've got to show up with the right mindset. The mindset that says I can do this job. The mindset that says today, here now is making my career. Matter of fact, you're here now. Could be I can't be here now. Because of the past that once was, but in order to be here now, you've got to be in the present so that you can get to where you're going. So the challenge today is be where you're planted and be here now.

Graduation means one thing: Celebration. We celebrate friends, family, and hard work. But most importantly, we celebrate that our student's lives are just now beginning. No matter where they were at before, they now have new opportunities and a chance at a new life. And for that reason... We CELEBRATE!!!

Getting our students hands on experience is crucial to what we do at The Masters Apprentice. Recently we got to show our students how Namaste Solar runs and how they work on a live job site.
