Role Plays in an Organisation In movies, we see an entire set of cast i.e Main Actor/Actress, Supporting Actor, Character actor & a large back end team to make a successful creation. It always requires an entire set of crew to work together on a common goal to make a successful film. In a similar manner, we have a wide range of cast in an organisation i.e Sales, Marketing ,Technical, Business Development, Key Account Management, R&D, QC, Plant team & a back support team to make a successful brand. Each & everybody has a different role to play in an organisation in order to achieve a common goal. But sometimes, due to heavy competition, rapid growth aspirations, continuous changes in structure,lack of basic training & system processes the role confusion begins... This role confusion creates unnecessary stress to employees & to their cross-functional team!!! We believe that hiring an experienced employee will solve a problem, but without the role clarity, it creates a signal of conflict.
