I would have never started this business if my senior hadn't asked me to leave my job. Over time, I learned that I can't do everything alone or with just some people. As you grow, you need more trusted people by your side. • The Wright Brothers didn't create the aeroplane alone. Their team included a skilled mechanic named Charlie Taylor, who helped build it. • The amazing Apple products we love today are not just the work of Steve Jobs. Hundreds of engineers, designers, and workers at Apple made them possible. Even for individual work like writing, making music, or creating art, teams are involved - editors, producers, rehearsal pianists, studio assistants, and more. Rarely is anything created completely alone. The simple truth is that diverse teams can achieve a much greater impact than solo efforts. When you bring together varied skills, perspectives, and backgrounds toward one goal, your capabilities multiply. So don't idolize the myth of the "self-made" person. Build an unstoppable team around you. Create an environment where collaboration, not individual glory, is rewarded. Because at the end of the day, the highest peaks of success are only possible by climbing together as a united team. #CollaborativeSuccess #TeamEffort #TeamPlayer

Its true .... I was a Cast Member. I was 19 years old when I had become one. It was my first "real" corporate job. I was working in a call center at the Disneyland Hotel - next door to the Monorail station in Anaheim CA. Selling travel themed destination packages to Disneyland and other SoCal local attractions. It was a dream job for a kid who grew up swinging a hammer every summer since he was 13. Funny thing .... I was too busy having fun. Creating Magical Experiences and Incredible Memories for families that would last a lifetime .... To even realize that I was working in a call center. And let alone that I was even "selling". Fast-forward 34 years later (ouch that one really slaps you in the face). I'm still doing the same thing. Yeah - ~ My Company may have changed. ~ My Clients may have changed. ~ But their Experiences and Expectations have NOT. Everything has changed. Nothing has changed. And that's a Really Cool Feeling. Call Centers + Experiences + Sales (3) things I love 💌 (2) that I am really good at 👌 (1) that is pure icing on the cake 🍥 If you have an interest in chatting about any of those, let's connect up. Would love to swap experiences. Ps. No, I was not the guy walking around in the Goofy costume. Yeah, I may look the part, but I never made it past the 3rd audition! #callcenters #customerexperiences #sales

1 week in-person at Backcountry, 4 weeks in my new Production Manager role. Here’s what I’ve learned: 1. Don’t rush in. Take your time to learn the people, the products, the process. 2. You know more than you think. Sounds crazy, but you’re qualified for the job they hired you for! If the new role includes a promotion, find confidence in the fact that they see that you’re ready for it. 3. Your coworkers are not looking for flaws. Everyone is excited about the skills you bring to the team, and they understand that there will be missteps as you learn. 4. Your managers should and will say thank you. They will trust your know-how and will voice appreciation for your work on the small things (that’s where experience really shows!) 5. Dogs should always be allowed in the office. Non-negotiable happiness will follow 😊

At least not tomorrow !". 5- "After discussion we will decide. I am very open to views", means👇 I have already decided. I will tell you what to do. 6- "There was a slight miscommunication", means👇 We had actually lied. 7- "We are on the right track, but there needs to be a fine-tuning of the deadline", means 👇 The project is screwed up, we cannot deliver on time. 8- "We had slight difference of opinion", means👇 We had actually fought. 9- "We need to find out the real reason", means Well, I will tell you where your fault is. 10- "We are a team", means👇 I am not the only one to be blamed." 11- "That's, actually, a good question",means👇 I do not know anything about it. 12 -"All the Best!", means👇 You are in trouble!
