During our Black Leadership Job Board Launch webinar, Robin Landman OBE discussed black talent and the reluctance to actively seek it out. "There is no dearth of black talent, but there is a reluctance to go looking for it. And I would say that often organisations that think there is no black talent overlook that fact that black people don't want to be the only person on a learship team in an organisation." The Black Leadership Job Board is a collaborative initiative between the Black Leadership Group and Morgan Hunt, dedicated to promoting the leadership careers of talented black professionals.
