Don't forget to submit your seminal proposal for the 2025 Association of Marina Industries (AMI) Conference & Expo by June 1, 2024! AMI is accepting proposals for breakout sessions and workshops. This premier event will take place from January 28 - January 30, 2025, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If you have innovative ideas, best practices, or valuable insights relevant to the marina and boatyard industry, we invite you to submit a proposal. We are looking for topics that cater to all aspects of marina and boatyard operations and management. Our audience includes Certified Marina Managers (CMMs), Certified Marina Operators (CMOs), marina designers, engineers, sales professionals, staff, and suppliers. Some tough choices to make, so many good sessions….

I’m (beyond?) pleased to share the trailer we’ve made for MIPIM 2025, shot at this year’s event and produced over the summer. To anyone doesn’t know MIPIM, it’s the Commercial Real Estate event of the year. It’s Davos/Sibos/Comicon/MWC/Cannes Lions, when the whole industry ecosystem gathers in Cannes every March. A year of business in one week, if you play it right. The brief this year was to produce a film that reflected the event’s evolution into a Global Urban Festival, that showed a more inclusive and varied industry that, like others, has changed a lot since the pre-Covid years. It’s been interesting to watch MIPIM and its brand develop since I first went in 2008 and I think this film probably captures the essence of what it offers more than any other work we’ve done for RX Global to date, and that highlights the role real estate plays in all our lives. There are still a lot of suits, and Caffe Roma is still always packed, but there’s a lot more to MIPIM now. #mipim2025 #realestate #videomarketing
