It went more or less like this: Client: - "We're kind of lost over measuring growth..." Me: - "How about focusing on the key metrics that matter the most? " Client: - "Actually, we are fine with what we have here. We were thinking of adding more specific metrics on top of these." [Curtain] A correction. I 𝑎𝑙𝑚𝑜𝑠𝑡 worked with them. - Form over function - Benchmarking for benchmarking's sake - Complex spreadsheets none reads (or understands) Nah... I don't buy this. How about: - Common-sense marketing - Lean, frugal solutions - Impact over input? And while elegant simplicity isn't always easy to achieve...
