The videos will start the flow. You'll be able to follow the communication popcorn trail on timing. There won't be this. When did you call them? What did you call them back? Did you not call? All of these things Just don't change the way you do business, change the way you communicate. That would be one of my key things. And again, you know, it's it's kind of funny. I have a lot of friends of mine that will say, well, I like to read the reports that I get from this specific software and I'll go to the manager and I'll go, all right, just be honest with me because I'll go look it up. I have a friend at that company and I'll find out how many times have you pulled those service reports and looked at them and it's like once every two months. So you love, you must really love that report. Don't worry about the report. Follow up on how you communicate to your customers.
