Congratulations and welcome to Holly Hawkins Saporito, Chief Legal Talent Partner at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, GA, who has joined The NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience litigating intellectual property cases in district courts, appellate courts, the PTAB, the TTAB, and the ITC, she is a first-chair litigator helping clients of all sizes tackle their patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. Holly received her BS, with high distinction and with honors, from Penn State University, where she was the top graduate and Outstanding Senior in Industrial Engineering. Before attending law school, she worked as an engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Holly received her JD, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School.
