To the Nordic HRM-network: please be aware of the Standing Track on Nordic HRM and NFF-conference in Reykjavik the 15-17th of August: Standing Track 1 | Perspectives on Nordic HRM – HR-practices in Nordic countries after Covid-19 Excerpt from the call: “…this track is focussing on research into the change of the Nordic model of HRM, how new ways of organizing affects HRM in the Nordic countries, how elements of the collaborative HRM-model are rejuvenated or simply persisting in the face of new challenges. Global Solutions 4U Founder & CEO_ University Professor & Researcher _ Sustainability Specialist, SDGs, Sustainable Development, ESG Investing, PPPs for SDGs
Achieving the SDGs requires Partnerships aligned with the People-first principle, focused on protecting the Planet and with solid financial and economic sustainability. If all this makes sense what needs to happen to see PPPs for SDGs being scaled up and replicated faster across the globe? I am thrilled to coordinate this panel with Yu Namba, Joan Enric Ricart, Irina Zapatrina, Dr. Vida Abdaly, Sladjana Sredojevic, PhD, and CAROLINA SANTANA. The objective of this panel is to have a position from SDG and PPP scientists. We will have a first slot where our panellists will share their perspectives on: 1. Why doesn't the PPP model grow? What are the public sector fears? Why does civil society regard it with mixed feelings? 2. What is being done by the academia to enhance this process? In terms of research, lectures, case studies, incubators. 3. How to take PPP for SDGs out of the classroom? We will then have a second slot open for outside researchers, professors, and students to share their views. In the third slot, we will cocreate a message on the role of academia to make partnerships trustworthy and make them contribute to nations and cities to achieve the SDGs. We will be happy to have your participation in person in Istambul or online and for this we need you to register at: https://lnkd.in/edR5iYgQ #SDG #PPP4SDG #PeopleFirstPPP #TakingPPPoutOfClassroom #Istambul
