Last weekend I went out to get fruits for my family ,and the amount I spent got me thinking 🤔. So this is my take... Eating healthy is expensive. Not eating healthy is also expensive. Choose your expensive 😁 For me, I choose the former because not eating healthy is far more expensive than eating healthy. Fruits and vegetables that are in season are quite affordable. Which is better? Take oranges and bananas to ease stress or take Panadol extra to ease stress. Be intentional about you! #theintentionalteacher
