Connecting with our loved ones is essential for our wellbeing. As we reflect on the past holiday season, we realize how lucky we are to have family, even if they live far away. The feeling of loss when they leave reminds us of the importance of meaningful connections. Without them, we risk falling into negative thoughts about ourselves. In today's world, where we can easily become isolated, working at connecting is essential. Let's make positive changes in our lives by prioritizing the basic need to feel that our lives are meaningful. #connections #Wellbeing #PositiveChanges

Just keep telling myself "Woahh! Take your time!"... I'm so excited about launching a new community for professional wellbeing nerds that I'm forcing myself to think it through, talk with people and keep shaping it until it's ready to share. Taking my time to get the concept just right! So what's this community for? Not for CPD - although we will definitely be learning about ourselves as we chime in on live calls and in the chat. Not for business building- although there will be lots of connection and opportunities to lift each other up. A whole stream just for that but not to try to enlist each other as clients. Not for supervision - because it's just not. And anyway, these peeps usually have that in place. After all, supervison comes down to our relationship with our clients and our work. So what is it for exactly? This is a safe, community space to focus on our relationship with ourselves and to do that alongside others. Masks down in a private community that members apply to join. I'm planning to call it "So it's not just me then?" Do you like the name? .......
