Strive to be the best version of yourself!!! 📚 Ever wondered if a university degree is the only path to success? Think again! I wrote an article years ago about two types of learning available; #structured and #unstructured Learning. While structured learning in a classroom setting can provide a solid foundation, the world is full of incredible individuals who have achieved greatness through self-education and unconventional paths. 💡 Unstructured learning is the art of actively seeking knowledge on your own. It's driven by curiosity, passion, and a desire to understand the world. Think of historical figures like #ThomasEdison and #MichaelFaraday, who made significant contributions without formal education. 🚀 Today, the opportunities for self-learning are endless. From online #courses to mentorship programs, there are countless ways to expand your skills and knowledge. The key is to be proactive, set goals, and embrace a lifelong learning mindset. 💪 So, whether you're a recent graduate, a seasoned professional, or simply looking to explore new horizons, remember that your potential is limitless. Don't let the absence of a degree hold you back. Embrace both structured and unstructured learning, and strive to be the best version of yourself🔥. #NoLimitations #LifelongLearning #SuccessIsWithinYou #MikeDGreatAnalyst

I help struggling teens to become happy, confident, successful learners. As a former teacher, I have the learning strategies to help kids break through their learning blocks in school and help them enjoy school again.
Learning to Learn: The Most Valuable Skill in Today’s World In a rapidly changing world, the ability to learn and adapt is more important than ever. The traditional model of education often focuses on what to learn, but in today’s environment, knowing HOW to learn is becoming the most valuable skill of all. Here are a few key lessons I’ve discovered about “learning to learn”: Curiosity fuels growth. Approach every challenge with a curious mindset. Ask more questions than you give answers, and you’ll uncover deeper insights. Embrace failure as part of the process. Learning isn’t linear. Every setback is a chance to adjust your approach and sharpen your understanding. Seek diverse perspectives. True learning happens when you expose yourself to different ideas, disciplines, and viewpoints. Step outside your bubble to gain a broader understanding. Be intentional about reflection. Take time to pause and think about what you’ve learned. Reflecting solidifies concepts and helps you apply them effectively. Practice makes progress. The more you engage with new ideas and skills, the better you get at acquiring them. Consistency is key to mastering the art of learning. In a world where change is the only constant, being a lifelong learner gives you an edge. What strategies do you use to continuously learn and grow? #LifelongLearning #ContinuousImprovement #GrowthMindset #LearningToLearn #mollyhurd

I've always wondered about this question, until I discovered the truth.... Learners vs learned individuals: who is better? ... Here's what I've learned: 💥Both learners and learned individuals have their strengths and advantages. ✨Learners are open-minded and continuously seek new knowledge and experiences, which can lead to innovation and growth. ✨On the other hand, learned individuals have accumulated knowledge and expertise over time, which can provide valuable insights and guidance. 💥Ultimately, it's not a matter of one being inherently better than the other, but rather about embracing a mindset of lifelong learning while also recognizing the value of experience and expertise. 💥So whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, remember to never stop learning. P.S: I am also a learner, you??? #lifelonglearning #growthmindset

Give yourself a CHANCE to become GREATER by constantly learning new things. Are you willing to challenge yourself and become a LIFELONG LEARNER? 1. Adopt a growth mindset. This means accepting that you can learn anything, anytime, AT ANY AGE. Your brain is malleable, and you just need to desire it, instead of saying "it's too late." 2. Approach learning differently. You don't have to be in a classroom, you don't have to pursue higher education. Learning can come from a course, a webinar, a book, an article. 3. Set goals. Learning for the sake of learning is wonderful, but it's not for everyone. To become a lifelong learner, set clear goals about what you want to learn and why. 4. Find the right sources. Not everything on the internet is valuable, so be mindful of where you learn from. If you're not sure, cross-reference from 3 different sources to ensure the information is correct. 5. Find a community. Whether they're experts or just passionate about a subject, a social group will help you make leaps in your education (I've noticed that on myself). 6. Ask questions. The simplest way to learn quickly is to ask those who are passionate. The more questions you ask, the more you develop critical thinking and find new elements you hadn't thought of. 7. Put it into practice. It's important to apply what you learn to see real progress. Being a lifelong learner is crucial nowadays, when everything is changing before our eyes. Learn new skills to adapt and become irreplaceable by machines. #bestversionofmyself #adaptability #learningmatters #skillsforlife

EMBRACE LEARNING Success and achievement are for learners. You must be an ardent learner all your lifetime for you can never graduate from the school of learning. There is no limit to what you can be and do if you would subject yourself to a life of intense learning. You can learn anything you need to learn to be able to achieve any goal you set for yourself as well as to become anything you desire which depends on how much you desire it. A major part of learning is reading. If you cannot read, you cannot learn. Reading opens up a person’s mind to possibilities beyond his or her reach. It is the oxygen of the brain, it empowers the mind to function at its full capacity, enabling thinking and problem solving skills. It creates brilliant ideas, inspiration and creativity in people that empower them to stand out in life. Another part of learning is mentorship. You don’t have all the time in the world to learn all you need to learn to achieve your life’s goals and mission, you need to be humble enough to leverage on other people's wisdom, knowledge and experiences. Without a mentor, you are bound to make mistakes and go round and round in circles. It is painful to spend ten years on a journey that could have taken just one year with knowledge. Mentorship bridges the gap and compresses time for the person who understands it’s power. Conscious learning is always better than learning from one’s mistakes. Get on the learning curve to harness and master the enormous talents and potentials within you. #Goalsettingandyourimagination #embracelearning #getonthelearningcurve #dotunarifalo

"The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice." A gem, penned by Brian Herbert. Think about it: we're all born with the potential to learn, the gift of a curious mind. But to truly unlock that potential, we need to develop the skill of effective learning. It's about knowing how to absorb information, retain it, and apply it. Yet, the most powerful element is the choice. We can choose to embrace curiosity, to step outside our comfort zones and seek new knowledge. We can choose to see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Here's how this translates to your professional life: - 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Don't stop at your formal education. Take online courses, attend workshops, read industry publications. - 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Explore different learning methods, find what works for you. Experiment with active learning techniques like discussions or projects. - 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁: Don't shy away from difficult topics or new experiences. Remember, the biggest learning often comes from pushing boundaries. - 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: By teaching others, you solidify your own understanding and inspire a culture of learning. So, make the choice to unlock your learning potential. It's a gift, a skill, and a superpower waiting to be unleashed. #lifelonglearning #growthmindset #professionaldevelopment -------- -> this content useful to you, repost ♻ -> you want more like it, follow me João Gonçalves
