Let's revisit office ergonomics. A lot of people say the computer all day with their shoulders rolled forward, hunched down. That could put a lot of stress on your neck, shoulders, and upper back. So there's a trend I see out there where a lot of people are using these posture braces to correct their posture at work, which may provide some temporary relief. But instead of your muscles doing the work, it's the brace. Doing it makes your muscles lazy and weak. So let's reduce reliance, increase the strength of your upper back, and get those shoulders back naturally.
