You’re running your business and it’s going well. You’ve started to build a team around you using the associate model – choosing people for their skill and knowledge, adding value to your end clients. Things should be getting easier, right? Ahh… but what if they are not? Creating happy, productive #outsourced teams seems like a lot of hard work, and a spoonful of magic sometimes. In this blog, Steph sheds some light on the 7 things you need to consider when building the right associate team for your business. https://lnkd.in/eCkyQUCW

Don't run your business like an amateur. Instead, try this: 1. Clarify your values: -What do we do? -What are our expectations? -Why do we serve? 2.Retain top talent: -Create a culture that invites high performers who are aligned with business values -Hire fast -Fire faster 3. Do the boring things well: -Create SOPs for your core processes -Eliminate the waste or extras -Extra time can be spent making the client experience 5-star Most people get this all wrong. They make it all about cool offices, free coffee, unlimited vacations. Wrong. Growth is about building a meaningful and intentional business with a small team that doesn’t keep you awake at night. Go build that intentional muscle.

Just a few thoughts after this work week... Scaling a business is essential for achieving organizational goals and driving growth. However, it’s crucial to ensure that this process doesn’t turn into merely offloading work onto others. The goal should be to foster genuine collaboration and respect among partners and team members. When scaling, remember to: Respect your partners/team members: Value their contributions and ensure that tasks are distributed fairly. Do it correctly: Implement scalable systems and processes that support sustainable growth. Align actions with words: Consistency in practice and communication is key to maintaining trust and efficiency. By focusing on these principles, we can build strong, scalable businesses that thrive on mutual respect and effective collaboration. Stop expecting others to do all the work for you! #business #partners #worktogether #doitright

Let's dive into why Process is crucial for your business! 🛠️ Think of the Process Component of your business as the heartbeat that keeps everything running smoothly and consistently. Without well-defined processes, your team is left to guess and improvise, which can lead to inefficiencies, mistakes, and ultimately, higher costs. 👎 Picture this: By documenting your processes, you cut down the time needed to train new employees, reduce costly errors, and make sure that work continues seamlessly, even if a key team member is absent. This kind of efficiency directly translates into savings—both in time and money. #Processes #RunningOnEOS
