And, given that many of these are investing in changing their culture, it’s clear they think culture matters – very much. The problem is, when trying to change their culture, not many companies are truly successful. Read more in our guest blog here➡️https://lnkd.in/d_6AcNKX #culturechange #culture #humanperformance

Diversity, equity and inclusion work is not dead. Yes it is true, we are witnessing a decline in DE&I roles, diminishing budgets, and questionable impact after money was thrown at endless unconscious bias training. But DE&I work is not dying off. What is, is the performative fair-weather hordes who had no real intention of enabling real change. We must start to frame DE&I as a culture strategy – as part of your shared identity and guiding compass. A strategy must actively seek to address and tackle systemic inequities, replacing these with policies, practices, processes designed with inclusion at their heart to help your people thrive. A key challenge is to get DE&I out of HR. Move it to the Boardroom, led by our leaders with accountability, and move it from being a transactional practice to a transformational practice. With me on this? Yes or No? So how do you make DE&I a transformational practice? Most organisations have three challenges: organisational, talent, product/service. They survive or thrive, provided they can adapt to changing needs of their people, products and processes. Which is why organisations need a roadmap to intentionally shape and align its workplace culture with it overall mission, values and business objectives. With me on the roadmap? Yes or No? Want to make DE&I a transformational practice, to redefine organisational culture? I can give you 2 culture experts who will sit with you one-to-one to listen to your challenges and support you on your journey to impact and growth. Want to know more? DM me directly for a discovery chat, our doors are always open! #DiversityEquityAndInclusion #DiversityAndInclusion #DEI

PWC did a great study showing that having a genuine company culture makes employees more excited, creative, and involved in their work. They found that almost 4 in 10 workers say they act according to the company's values. These employees are usually happier and more upbeat about their jobs. Bottom line: it's really crucial to set up a culture with clear & important values to keep your teams on the same page. 💯 agree! 😌 #CompanyCulture #EmployeeEngagement

Why Cultural Intelligence is Our Superpower in the Workplace? In an era where our workplaces are as global as our markets, the mastery of cultural intelligence isn't just an asset; it's our superpower. Imagine a workplace where every conversation and project meeting is a journey through diverse perspectives, where every team member's background is a treasure trove of insights waiting to be unlocked. Here's the transformative impact of embedding cultural knowledge deep into our workplace ethos: -Deepened Bonds: Picture a team where every member feels profoundly understood and valued—research from Harvard Business Review indicates that such teams see a 36% boost in morale. This isn't just about knowing each other's favorite foods or holidays; it's about cultivating an environment where everyone's cultural identity enriches the tapestry of our collective work life. -Supercharged Creativity: McKinsey & Company's insights reveal that ethnically diverse teams outperform their peers by a staggering 35%. Why? Because when diverse cultural lenses collide, the sparks of innovation ignite. Each unique cultural perspective can unravel problems in ways that a monolithic culture might never envision. -Inclusivity as a Growth Engine: Deloitte's findings underscore that inclusive firms are twice as likely to hit their financial targets. This goes beyond mere numbers; it's about creating spaces where every voice isn't just heard but is influential. In such an ecosystem, the fusion of diverse ideas propels us toward our goals at warp speed. Cultural intelligence in the workplace is more than a moral imperative—it's a strategic one. It's about leveraging the full spectrum of human creativity and connection to not just coexist, but to thrive and innovate together. Let's not just open doors to cultural diversity; let's tear down the walls that divide us. By nurturing an environment where cultural knowledge and empathy are cornerstones, we're not just enhancing our work culture; we're setting the stage for unprecedented growth, innovation, and unity. Let's ignite the power of cultural intelligence in our workplaces. It's time to transform our collective diversity into our strongest competitive advantage. #GlobalMindset #DiversityAndInclusion #Collaboration #CulturalAwareness #Leadership #TeamBuilding #InclusiveLeadership #CrossCultural #Empowerment #HRInnovation #FutureOfWork #CulturalDiversityMatters #DiversityInTech #InclusiveCulture #Belonging
