The world is so full of noise. Noise of people who want something from you. Noise of things that want your attention. Noise of people giving you good advice. Noise of people giving you bad advice. Noise of opportunities. Noise of social media. Noise of challenges. It can be hard to filter it all out, choosing what to listen to, what to try and which direction to go can feel almost insurmountable. I tend to find solace in self-reflection and long walks. Forcing myself to not listen to podcasts or music. It's never easy. But it always helps. How do you filter this noise-filled world?
