Very good podcast Brad Nathan. I’m observing some changes in the private equity model focus on responsible investing, longer hold times and more hands-on involvement with Portcos. Firms seem to be focusing on data science to drive growth and improve decision-making processes. I still think they are still grappling with Human Resource issues too. What are your thoughts ?
