So the thrust of this podcast is a theme that I hope to build on in a presentation I will be doing alongside the excellent Ben Sellers at Elland Road in Leeds on 2nd May. It is fundamental that before deciding about what tech you need, you need a clear strategy. In our case it is High Skill / High tech. Once you have your strategy crystal clear, then tactics can be deployed which support that strategy. Note, you don’t start with tactics based on tech solutions that other people create, rather you being the engine of those tactics that serve your strategy. At least, that’s what I think. 🤔
