Hey !! Hy pals 👋 So,Today's post going to focus on some issues a safety professional facing & some motivational point for safety professionals Yes, Many times we left alone in a site without any co safety professional at site. Yes it hurts when technician-technicans , engineer-engineer , helper-helper become friends and working together. Many times , we need to stand alone against all due to our nature of job ( Only few can understand this ) We are only being searched for - when an accident happens & audit comes 60% of companies only appointing Safety professionals just for the sake of name and client requirement Most of the companies just using safety professionals to protect themselves against Laws 2. You know all, I used to share this while my trainings that Safety professionals are also like Army, police professionals and like God !! Reason is - Army given with a big sized boundary ( Usually A Nation ) to protect people. Police officers given with Medium sized boundary like districts , cities , towns to protect people and same like safety professionals are given with some small sized boundries - usually sites to protect the people without any injury. So we are also serving nation to protect our nation's & it's assets ( People, Environment, Businesses etc.... ) As I mentioned above , Safety professionals are doing the work of God like "Protecting their people from hazards". So in a view if you deeply think about it , you will understand, yes they are god's. While others deeply looking in updating, upgrading business , intrested in achieving company target, doing hardwork to comply client requirements, Safety professional are the one who worry about wellbeing on Health & Safety of all workers, employees and environment. I am not intrested in comparing or demotivating any other professionals here. But, Let me share a Bold & Bitter truth in this common platform where all kind of , all type of depts people surfing in LinkedIn...... Everyone & Anyone cannot be a safety professional Yes, If you deeply understand the words shared above , then you too say & stand with me that They are different and They are Unmatchable and They are for our well being only 👆💯 #Linkedin #HSE #SafetyProfessional #EHS #UntoldTruth #UnsharedPain #EHSCommunity

Why not NAC should extend the recruitment period a bit longer..there's plenty of potential once in need of such opportunity but they have limited access to such information to reach them so please NAC should consider another recruitment again.

Get #QHSE Smart with Infracare: Learn, Alert, and Level Up! This week, we're focusing on something essential: 'Your Role in Accident Prevention'. Accident prevention is all about being ready, taking precautions, and acting before accidents happen. Remember, accidents can be avoided. When employees receive the right training, they can follow safety rules, build safe habits, and report anything risky – all of which stop accidents from occurring. To be an important part of accident prevention, just keep these simple steps in mind: - Stick to safe, approved Work Instructions, Risk assessments, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the PTW guidelines, and do the job the right way. - Make Safety a Habit: Accept accident prevention as part of your daily routine and a personal challenge. This change in how you think helps make the workplace safer for everyone. - Understand the risks: Spend a little time understanding the risks connected to your job or where you work. Knowing this helps you take steps to avoid getting hurt. - Speak Up: If you see something that worries you, talk about it. Inform your supervisor or line manager about hazards and risks. Teamwork like this makes the workplace safer. - Say No to Shortcuts: Even if they seem faster, shortcuts can lead to big problems. They're not just risky for you – your colleagues could be in danger too. - Handle Stress: Figure out what's making you stressed at work. Whether it's long hours, heavy workload, job insecurity, or conflicts with co-workers or bosses, stress needs to be managed. If you don't, stress can lead to depression, sleep difficulties, and problems with concentration. Just giving a few of these tips a try means you're joining in to make your workplace safer and healthier for yourself and everyone else. #qhse #facilitiesmanagement #maintenance #preventivemaintenance #qhsealerts #dubai #uae #unitedarabemirates #infracare #infracarefm

Dear LinkedIn Network, I hope this message finds you well! 🌟 Today, I'd like to share a valuable experience that bridges the world of engineering and project management with a crucial aspect of workplace safety - First Aid. In today's dynamic professional landscape, where we constantly push the boundaries of innovation, efficiency, and precision, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of tasks and deadlines. Yet, amidst all the complexity, one thing remains constant - the importance of a safe working environment. Recently, I had the privilege of completing a high-quality, interactive online First Aid course offered by High Speed Training. This comprehensive program not only refreshed my knowledge but also rekindled my commitment to ensuring safety in the engineering and project management domains. Here are a few key takeaways that resonate profoundly with our roles: • Swift Response to Emergencies: Just as in project management, where timely decisions are crucial, in First Aid, rapid responses can be the difference between life and death. This course has equipped me to handle medical emergencies with confidence, mirroring our ability to make quick, informed decisions on complex engineering projects. • Effective Communication: Clear communication is vital in project management. In the same vein, effective communication plays a pivotal role in administering First Aid. The course emphasized the significance of relaying critical information to medical professionals accurately. • Risk Assessment: As engineers and project managers, we are well-versed in risk assessment. The First Aid course reinforced the importance of assessing the situation and potential hazards before taking action - a valuable skill applicable to any workplace. • Team Collaboration: Both in engineering and First Aid scenarios, teamwork is indispensable. Just as we collaborate with diverse teams to deliver successful projects, we must work seamlessly with first aiders and medical professionals in emergencies. By sharing this experience, I encourage all my fellow engineers and project managers to consider refreshing their First Aid skills. It's not just about ticking a compliance box; it's about empowering ourselves to be more effective leaders in safety. I believe that when we prioritize safety, we foster a culture of care, innovation, and excellence. Stay safe and keep building a brighter, safer future for all! Warm regards, Muhammad Abubakar Bilal #Engineering #ProjectManagement #SafetyFirst #FirstAidTraining #ProfessionalDevelopment
