You might think that my heart sank when I saw this… Another fantastic range of frozen children’s meals on the shelf next to Jess Cooks - Simple Family Suppers at one of our stockists. In fact I felt the opposite, I was absolutely delighted. Finally a buyer that has been brave enough to start creating a whole freezer section devoted to healthier children’s meals... Customers might choose Jess Cooks, or they might prefer Little Larder. The point is that this is exactly what we need across the board. Retailers willing to take the plunge and invest in a whole new children’s food category, offering nourishing, high-quality and delicious meal solutions for busy parents. Increased visibility and awareness for brands such as Jess Cooks, and somewhere parents know they can go to find an alternative to nuggets and pizza when they want it. #winwin #foodretail #frozenfood #readymeals

If Chick Fil A offered this, I'd buy it every time: A family box. If it had 12 nuggets 3 large french fries (maybe 2) 3 kids drinks 1 Lrg fountain drink 2 chicekn sandwiches Cost: $30 I'd buy that every time. I'd even pay $35 to switch out the sandwiches for 7 chicken tenders. I love the tenders. But this would feed my entire family. It would make ordering so much easier too. Instead of going in and picking each item on the kids meals, or what to include on my meal or my wifes. I mean fast should really start bundling...even if it only "saves" me like $2-6 it makes me feel like I'm getting a lot of value as a family going out to eat. The other option is to just not go out to eat. Which is fine cuase Just Bare nuggets are like the second best nuggets out there. So no need for Chick fil a. Anyways, that's my Friday thoughts. How to change the fast food pricing model, because dang, it's no longer affordable.

When you have a busy schedule, it can be tricky finding the time to cook. There is always the strong temptation to order takeout or opt for microwave dinners. But fear not, because we’ve got a few tips to help save you time in the kitchen. Make a menu. Organization is everything! Decide what you’re going to have for dinner for each day of the week. Make a groceries list. Once you have your menu, you can then note down the required ingredients and go out and get your groceries for the week. Cook extra. Aim to have leftovers after dinner to be eaten as lunch the next day. Food prep. Cook three days' worth of dinners at once and store them in containers in the refrigerator. That way you’ll only have to cook twice a week or so. Take advantage of frozen fruit and vegetables. That way you won’t have to worry about them spoiling. Founded by one of the greatest pioneers of chicken fingers — Raising Cane’s — this day honors the perfectly coated snack that is chicken fingers. A specialty that originated in the South, this delicious tidbit is loved by even the most finicky child. They can be used as a food bribe when little ones refuse to eat. Accompanied by just about any of your favorite side dishes, chicken fingers remain a firm favorite. 🍗🍗 Chicken fingers are one of the most delicious items you can find on the menu of many fast-food establishments. Just in case you’re living under a rock and haven’t heard of this tasty finger food, let us tell you what to expect. Chicken fingers could also be called chicken goujons, chicken strips, chicken tenders, or chicken fillets. They are made from the white meat from chicken breasts and are prepared by seasoning the chicken strips to your preference, coating them in breading, and deep-frying them. The result is a tasty soft piece of chicken wrapped in a crunchy, golden-brown exterior. ❗❓: Did you know? The original name for this dish is chicken tenders, however, chicken fingers originated as a slang term for the word. #NationalChickenFingerDay #ChickenTenders #ChickenLovers #ZempelInsurance #LakeMillsWI #LakeMillsInsurance #LakeMillsOffice #ChickenFingers #TastyTreats #FoodHistory #FoodLovers
