While most of the Less-Than-Truckload universe has descended upon Colorado Springs, CO to attend the SMC³ Connections 2024, we’re crisscrossing the Midwest leaving Minnesota for Ohio now. New Roadrunner is increasingly becoming a carrier of choice for volume aggregating and transactional customers, predominantly 3PLs and freight forwarders. We’ve made it our strategic imperative to become the „easy button” for our shippers, redesigning the network, our operational modus operandi, and all back office processes. We’re leaning in hard into 3PL and freight forwarder vertical. It’s good business for us. At 22, I started unloading trucks. By 24, I became a Supervisor, and at 28, I advanced to Operations Manager. Beyond 30, I led start-ups, turnarounds, and projects across multiple operations. Engaging in diverse #supplychain activities, utilizing my relationships and experience to drive #OperationalExcellence throughout my journey. That all said. The journey continues and there is a milestone reached. When I took over operations Summerville SC, we were ranked 18th in the customer Distribution Network and today we are ranked #2 and #6 YTD. I am extremely proud of this teams #resliency and #execution.
