This morning, Employbridge CEO, Billy Milam had the opportunity to serve as leadoff hitter at the American Staffing Association’s (ASA) ExecuVision 2024 conference. His message was “Re-Examining Your Purpose in the Face of Organizational Change.” At Employbridge, it’s a topic we know well after we pulled back the curtain and restated our core values in preparation to launch several significant and impactful change initiatives. The initiatives included our vision for one, unified Employbridge and the acquisition of Bluecrew. Change of this magnitude does not happen overnight or come without questions, or challenges. That’s why we put an emphasis on open communication within the organization and were sensitive to the pace of these changes. At times, change can be painful, but it’s a necessary element to fuel growth individually as well as for our company. One part that hasn’t changed is our purpose of “Championing People.
