What motivates you to volunteer and what keeps you engaged as a volunteer? 4. What are your expectations from the organization? 5. What are your dreams or aspirations that could be enhanced by serving on our board? 6. What work or personal constraints do you have on your time or service? 7. Are you willing to make a personal financial contribution to the organization? 8. Is social interaction with other board members important to you? 9. How do you feel about board member evaluations? 10. Are you willing to serve in a leadership role as an officer or committee chair at some point in the future?
